Wet Jacket Chardonnay 2023 (Central Otago)
Lots going on through this complex but not overt example. The fruit here is bright – citrus and stone fruit lead with a core of creaminess throughout the well- weighted and concentrated mid palate. Wet stone minerality is balanced against restrained use of oak throughout.
