Wild Earth Pinot Noir 2020 (Central Otago)
A wine that borders on hedonistic with masses of aromas on the nose which segue into layered flavours on the pure palate. Raspberries and cherries are lifted by the taut acid with a distinct herbal character and a hint of greens. Plenty going on and definitely a wine that will improve with time.
