Wildsong Syrah 2021 (Hawke’s Bay)
A deep yet bright ruby colour that comes to the rim with layered aromas of doris plums, savoury olive and dark chocolate. The palate is well concentrated and richly fruited but the bright acid present lightens the wine giving it structure and length.
