Wooing Tree Pinot Noir 2011
The vines at Wooing Tree must get a lot of love, for this is a beautifully ripe, joyous pinot. Intense florals (lilac, dark roses) lead through to a glossy, assertive mouthful. It is subtly structured and well balanced. Serve it with a classic coq au vin.
