Jim Barry The Barry Bros Shiraz Cabernet 2017 (Clare Valley)
An elegant, fresh and vibrant shiraz example with a lighter-than-expected colour. Floral and spicy with plum and hints of eucalypt, although well integrated. The end result is a well-balanced wine, nicely textured, with marvellous poise and precision with lingering fruit sweetness on the finish.
