Dark plum, tobacco and sour cherry aromas lead in to a dense, quite nervy palate where red and dark fruit notes hold sway. There’s nothing laid back about the texture – the tannins are edgy and generous. An intriguing style that will develop well over the next few years. Serve with fennel-laced slow-cooked pork.
