Chalk up another excellent rendition to James Dicey’s well-positioned Bannockburn vineyard. The flavour spectrum is impressive – plum, dried fruits, truffle and other savoury notes emerge from within a sturdy structural frame. There’s a lot to discover in this rich, fleshy wine. Perfect for a rabbit terrine.
