Church Road 1 Merlot 2021 (Gimblett Gravels, Hawke’s Bay)
A deep yet rich ruby colour with aromas of black doris plum, oak and florals on the nose. The palate is ripe and plush with concentrated ripe plums alongside soft velvety tannins that have been well managed. The finish is long and satisfying.
