De Bortoli Woodfired Shiraz 2018 (Heathcote)

Still youthful, this shiraz has fragrant blossom and attractive bright plum characters on the nose while still maintaining a brooding dark complexity. The juxtaposition of which just adds to the intrigue, and yet another sip. Ripe, rich and juicy on the palate with layers of dark plum, cola and berry fruits.
