Peregrine Central Otago Pinot Noir 2015

Winemaker Nadine Cross deftly blends fruit from a number of sites across the region to create the perennially exciting Peregrine pinot. The 2015 version offers a punchy, juicy core of fruit mingling with attractive toasty oak notes and a gentle texture. A very drinkable style that would be a fine match for slow-cooked Moroccan lamb.
