Putangi Central Otago Pinot Noir 2020
A wonderful aromatic lift immediately on the nose of black cherries and currants with dried herbs and a spicy stemmy character. The mid-weighted palate has more juicy cherries and lots of oak toast. The fruit serves to balance the firm tannins and pungent spice in this richly textured palate with a seemingly endless finish.
