Rockburn Central Otago Pinot Noir 2013

Rockburn continues a great run (the 2012 was last year’s top pinot) with this richly perfumed wine. The lifted lilac and buddleia notes presage a pure, ripe and dense mouthful. It is very youthful and closed, and would benefit from a bit of time in the cellar.
