Yalumba The Octavius 2013 (Eden Valley & Barossa Valley, SA)
The fruit for this magnificent wine is sourced 53% from the Eden Valley, the rest from the Barossa. It is a concentrated, rich, though poised, expression, with plenty of savoury complexity threaded through the juicy, dark fruit. Bold tannins and good acidity provide structural heft. Put it away for a few years. (E)
