Yalumba ‘The Signature’ Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2016 (Barossa, South Australia)
Dense and dark in colour with bright aromas of cassis, redcurrant and blackberries against savoury cedar and leather on the nose. The concentrated palate is rich and with cranberry, plum and mocha interwoven with fine grainy tannins. Wonderful development characteristics present yet still showing poise with a generous and lengthy palate. (A)
