Saint Clair Pioneer Block 22 Barn Block Pinot Noir 2019 (Marlborough)
A dark hue in the glass with brooding rhubarb and tamarillo notes on the nose with just a hint of interesting funk hiding under the red-fruit notes. A complex wine with plenty going on backed up with appropriately strong oak. So much is happening in this wine but all is happening in harmony.
